Very good communication from the first contact. Perfect delivery and perfect information about the process in real time. The packaging included the flowers (which were simply spectacular) and the picture I sent. All managed from more than four thousand miles away (I live in Spain). It couldn't be better. I give them the highest possible marks and all my grattitude.

I live in the UK and wanted to send flowers to my friend who lives in Evanston, IL. This place came up top of the Google search so I thought “Why not?” I am very happy I chose Ode à la Rose as it has been a super professional and smooth experience from the order itself to the delivery. I am never disappointed by this florist. The arrangements that arrives, literally looks exactly like the photos that you order from. The packaging is beautiful, the delivery was on time and friendly. I spent a lot of money and I don't feel ripped off in the slightest. The recipient was so thrilled and really loved the bouquet. Thank you, thank you!

This was a great transaction. We couldn't make it to my niece's baby shower and wanted to send a little something. We ordered morning of the event, the flowers were delivered same day, they sent me pics of the actual bouquet that was delivered, and the prices and options were great!!!

I am actually lost for words at what I received! I have to say this was the absolute most beautiful arrangement I have ever received! I received these on my birthday and they are still just as beautiful! I love all the detail including the box the cards and personal message.

Delivered to apartment building with no doorman. No problems were encountered. Beautiful arrangement, packaging and note. Excellent customer service!!! Highly recommend.

This was my first time ordering from here & I was so impressed. The flowers were beautiful and exactly as pictured. They sent me a notification when the bouquet was on its way with a photo of the bouquet and then a notification with a picture when they were delivered. That just put them above and beyond. It can be scary ordering flowers hoping and praying they get there looking like what you actually purchased. But they put your mind at ease by sending you a photo so you see exactly what is being delivered.

I ordered flowers online (from TX) for a friend in the Chicago area! I placed the order the night before, received an update prior to delivery AND when flowers were delivered! Delivery was very timely! Flowers are beautiful and packaging for delivery is both secure and cute! I also loved the included option to send both a card and gloss printed picture! Pricey but worth the quality and service - Would recommend!
